The LENASIA TIMES is an Indian Community Newspaper which was established in August 1976, (after the 1976 Riots). It was started in a small town called Lenasia, hence the name “LENASIA TIMES”. As the years went by we have grown throughout Gauteng being the FIRST and the LARGEST Indian community newspaper ever. Being delivered FREE, door to door for the past 40 years made many others follow, but the Lenasia Times remains extremely popular amongst the Indian Community of Johannesburg and even in South Africa.
Lenasia Times is now printed twice a month with a varified 20 000 copies on the 15th of each month and 36 000 copies on the 30th of each month which is ABC Verified.
Our distribution covers all the Indian areas in Gauteng from Central to North, South, East & the West Rands with a readership of more than 150 000.
